Shipping Policy

All of our treats are made in small batches, prepared by hand in a dedicated facility. Because of this, processing your order may take 1–3 business days, and in some cases an additional 1–2 days. If this happens, we will notify you immediately. We currently ship across the United States using USPS/UPS. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Refund & Return Policy

Because our treats are made without preservatives or additives, they are perishable and have a shorter shelf life. For this reason, we cannot accept returns of opened packages or treats that have not been stored properly. Unopened packages may be returned within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging and unused. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or delivered incorrectly. • Treats are intended as snacks or rewards, not as a replacement for a complete diet.

• Ingredients are clearly listed on each product. It is the responsibility of the pet owner to check for any allergies or sensitivities their pet may have.

• Because our treats are perishable, storage instructions must be followed carefully to maintain freshness.

• We are not liable for misuse of the product or for pets consuming more than the recommended portion.

Donation Transparency Policy

In loving memory of my Doberman, Shaila, we donate $1 from every bag sold to Doberman rescues. Every couple of months, we select a different organization to support. Donation updates and proof of transfers will always be shared on our Instagram and Facebook pages, so our community can see exactly where the help is going.
